Types of Donations

There are many ways that you can support the Girl Scouts of Central Indiana. 

Outright Cash Contributions

These include any donation received in the form of cash, checks or credit card transactions.

• If you'd like to make a Tribute Gift in honor or memory of friends or family members, we'll send an acknowledgement of your contribution to whomever you wish.  Simply indicate this on your donation form.
• You can maximize your contribution through a Corporate Matching Gift. Many businesses offer this benefit to their employees, active and retired, directors or spouses, enabling contributors to double or triple a charitable contribution. To participate, obtain a form from your human resources office and send it with your contribution to GSCI.
• You may also be eligible for a Volunteer Grant if you volunteer with GSCI and your company has a program to recognize the volunteer efforts of their employees. To find out if your company offers such a program, contact your human resources office. Stock

Your gift of stock that has appreciated in value may provide favorable tax benefits.  To make a stock gift, please contact the Development Department.

Planned Giving

Remembering Girl Scouts in your will helps future Girl Scouts enjoy the same positive benefits that today's girls do.  Consult your financial advisor about this and other deferred ways of giving.  You can ensure that Girl Scouting will flourish in the years ahead.

In-Kind Donations

Please take a look at our council wish list to check on items that are needed by GSCI.  If you can donate any of these items, please contact the development department.
